Research on Hybrid Multi-Attribute Three-Way Group Decision Making Based on Improved VIKOR Model

In the era of internet connection and IOT, data-driven decision-making has become a new trend shows characteristics multi-granularity. Because three-way considers uncertainty for complex problems cost sensitivity classification, it is becoming an important branch modern decision-making. practice, usually have hybrid multi-attributes, which can be expressed in forms real numbers, interval fuzzy intuitionistic numbers interval-valued (IVIFNs). Since other regarded as special IVIFNs, transforming all into IVIFNs minimize information distortion effectively set expert weights attribute weights. We propose multi-attribute group method give detailed steps. Firstly, we transform values each IVIFNs. Secondly, determine based on entropy cross-entropy use weighted average operator to obtain comprehensive evaluation matrix. Thirdly, VIKOR improved by grey correlation analysis conditional probability. Fourthly, risk loss matrix optimization decision threshold classification rules decisions. Finally, example verifies feasibility method, provides systematic standard solution this kind problem.
